Welcome to Mama Bear Clinical Services, LLC—where compassionate care meets professional expertise. I’m Christina Ireton (she/her) an LCSW licensed in both Alaska and Virginia. I am a dedicated clinician, clinical supervisor and consultant, committed to providing personalized support to individuals, families, and professionals.
My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, with a deep understanding of the unique struggles individuals and families face. Whether you're seeking therapy for personal growth, clinical supervision for professional development, or you are seeking outside support for your agency - I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can thrive.
Services Provided
I offering telehealth therapy across Alaska and Virginia to individuals ages 18+. Additionally, I offer walk and talk therapy sessions in-person in Fairbanks.
I specialize in supporting women with perinatal mental health concerns, women’s issues, and adult women with ADHD. I work with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and major life transitions, as well as anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and perfectionism.
Clinical supervision is available to social workers who are working toward their 3000 required clinical hours for LCSW licensure. I work with individuals who are self-paying, as well as agencies who are supporting their clinicians and need outside clinical supervision.
Mentoring support clinicians at various stages of their careers, with a focus on case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, documentation, boundaries, burnout prevention, and sustainable practice development.
Consultation services are individualized. This may look like ethics consultations, program and policy reviews, or clinical workflow support.
Trainings are designed to meet the unique needs of helping agencies and individual professionals, with a focus on practical, real-world skill development. Offerings include trauma-informed care, perinatal mental health, ethical and effective documentation, professional boundaries, burnout prevention, and sustainable caseload management. Each training is interactive, applicable, and grounded in evidence-based practice—equipping professionals with tools they can immediately use to strengthen their work, support client outcomes, and better serve their communities.
